Senior Test Automation Engineer - All EUROPE Countries - Fully Remote

Halo Media, an American software and design solutions provider, is currently seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join their team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates from all EUROPE countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, identifying and documenting software defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality. • Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and other automation tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and document software defects and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure the efficient integration and functionality of automated tests.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on test progress and test results to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies for test automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English speaker
• At least 5 years of experience in test automation.
• Knowledge of automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Saucelabs, Cypress/Javascript and Gherkin.
• Nice to Have:
  • Performance testing experience possibly jMeter
  • REST API experience
  • Blazemeter
  • Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker (Containerization)
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
